If you find a record you're interested in, go to the Presbyterian Church Archives Web Site and navigate to the appropriate page. First choose type of event (Marriage, Baptism or Communicant) and then the Parish.
Instructions on how to order copies of chuch documents is on the site. There may be more information at the Chuch website, such as a bride being a widow, divorced, etc, and a more exact date. This is only an index and information has been simplified and standardized for easy searching.
The Presbyterian Church Archives transcribed these records from written documents, so as would be expected the spelling of some names may vary from what you expect and there will be errors. For marriages and baptisms you can often find cooberating information at the NZ Historical BDM Web Site.
You need only fill in one search field, and wildcards are allowed. For instance, if you are searching for the name Johnstone, but know they might have spelled it as Johnston, enter Johnston*
